they say it takes 30 days to form a new habit. don’t ask me who says that? they. that’s all i know. but i’m going with it. thing i want to get in the habit of: daily exercise. this used to be something i didn’t have to worry about because i lived an active lifestyle, but now with my current desk job i find that i’m living more of a weekend warrior lifestyle and it’s taking its toll. so here we go–a project i am completely making up as i go, but that i hope will be effective.
- 30 pictures of your habit (so my habit is working out, so i used some old fitness and women’s magazines and pulled out pages that were relevant…all these fit and attractive women plus some workout pics…the idea is to see these and be MOTIVATED!)
